HONGSHAN Throckmorton Fine Art is pleased to present this wonderful collection of Hongshan jades. The Hongshan culture is a relatively new discovery in the field of Chinese archaeology, and there is still much research to be done. We hope that this exhibition, HONGSHAN, Chinese Jade of the Hongshan Period, and the associated catalogue will introduce many people to this important early Chinese culture.
